Coaching offers your leaders a thoughtful venue to consider the quality of personal impact they are having on work and people.  We recommend biweekly meetings, at least an hour in length, either by phone or in person.  A typical length of time committed to this process is 6 months; however 1-2 years is optimal.

 

  Career Transition Coaching
When separation is required, we offer a very personal and professional service to ease the transition and ensure a constructive experience for all involved.  We partner with the transitioning Executive to:

This relationship is for life.  We assist the Executive map out a plan and work together to find that next assignment or next chapter of life.

 

 

Workshops for Expanding Thinking and Solution Finding

Highly creative people spend a comparable amount of time in their inner world and in their outer expression.  They spend time in personal reflection and value self understanding.  They balance reflective time with time engaged in tasks.  Inner reflection is similar to an architectural dig into our psyches, allowing us to excavate and shape, to develop a richness and serenity in life not based on consumerism.  Our workshops focus on this development process and allow the individual and the team to explore creativity in this manner.
